Napoleon arrived on Elba May 30, 1814. He left Elba on February 26, 1815. Then he lost the battle of waterloo, and then he was sent to Saint Helena. So what is your problem with the question and answer? He was on Elba prior to the battle of waterloo.

The name of the first Electronic Computer was actually called "Colossus" and was built in Britain. Granted it was necessarily kept secret during the Second World War, and for many years afterwards. Therfore alhough ENIAC appeared to be the first Electronic Computer, I would have expected history to have been corrected by 2000 never mind the 2020s. Poor forgotten Tommy Flowers. My apologies if I seem somewhat pedantic, but as People trust the answers and occasionally learn from these sites accuracy is essential. Actually, the question would have been quite acceptable had it read "What was the name of America's first Electronic Computer started in 1943?". Happy New Year 2022.
