A hit and run happened just off of 19th. The driver was traveling the wrong way on 19th in a black jeep. They struck a truck then a fire hydrant. The driver of the jeep then stopped and switched positions with the passenger of the jeep. They then left the scene and were pulled over by CPD off of Snyder and about 20th avenue. The now passenger of the jeep was arrested for DUI. Unknown at this time what other chargers are going to be brought. There was one injury at the crash site. He was treated on scene. It is unknown if he went to the hospital for further treatment.
