I had to hit pause a couple of times because of Shokun’s nuances. Those small details are gut punches to me. He pauses when Matteo “takes care” of him. Of course he has to, coming from a toxic relationship he has to think for a few seconds how to respond, you can see from his expression that’s he’s confuse; HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ACT TOWARDS BEING “loved” OR AT LEAST BEING TAKEN CARE OF. 😢 that poor guy. I wish Ken will see the errors of his way but please do not get back together.

I love how this series is so realistic and thank you for showing the different ways relationships start, i dont know why many people have this teenage-fairy-tale way of thinking and always quick to judge and dismiss things as wrong all the time yet noone is perfect so not everything has to be perfect really. I don't agree with that at all. Admittedly, there was some duress on the part of Matteo in getting Shogun to see him again, but this time there was no BDSM, just a sweet bath scene with them massaging an emollient onto each other's shoulders then Matteo suddenly kissing Shogun as he melted with delight and kissed equally fervently.

Matteo already finds Shogun to be very cute, plus he is handsome, very self-assured and the school president. As the object of Matteo's desire, that is the power he has over him, so Matteo doesn't want to lose Shogun by inflicting things on him that he won't like and the best way to a boy's heart is by kissing, so that's what he did. True love will surely follow.

Mateo is sure of what he is and what he likes. As such, to see if the person that he likes can have a future with him, he is forcing him to experience BDSM.
