I love how the gore setting was most assuredly on with this movie! Yet it’s still slapstick and totally done for laughs . The fight scene with Mother Russia is truly something to behold!

It was by a mile. The vibe changed in 2 to too much of a teenage drama flick with cheesy lines and combat, I couldn't stand it. Kick Ass broke the superhero mold before Deadpool did.

At the end of the first movie, she goes to school for the first time, some bullies threaten her for her lunch money, she grins widely... roll credits. I would have loved to see that fight.
