Brilliant. A similar thing happens on the serve during the racquet drop. If you time the leg drive w the racquet elbow up / racquet down the same dance feeling happens and the safe effortless result

I discovered this trying to do the same on my one handed backhand after I realized I was already doing this on my forehead. I'm wondering if there is a corollary for the serve because we could use this easy power on every stroke.

It really is a gratifying shot when it all comes together Coach. I've yet NOT to surprise opponents. If they see it coming, it's still as if there mind is struggling to understand how the ball got to them so fast. Time they react they're either hitting long or spraying wide. A most stealthy weapon for weekend warriors indeed, perfect for getting into your opponent's head big time! 👍👍👊
