There is complete lawless ness ok in respect of traffic control in Kargil and leh. Every second vehicle is driven by a Nepali. Who issues them driving licence and how. Most youngsters are driving without license. The traffic police think wearing crispy clothes and wearing Ray-Ban glasses is doing their duty well. All this comes down to the fact that officers posted to ladakh region come for a honeymoon not to do their duty otherwise a small population like ours can be so easily handled.
Very sad incident. If I am not wrong, to my knowledge JCBs are categorized as heavy construction equipment machinery, they are not normally registered for road use and should be transported to and from sites via truck or trailer to prevent them from being driven on public roads. This tragic incident starkly highlights that such machinery is kept off public roads.
May innocent child's soul rest in peace 🕊️ ...just think about that mother who just sent her child to school, waiting for her child to return like everyday.....And this happens .,.shame on health officials, shame on police officials, shame on ladakh administration.

It's unfortunate when people don't prioritize getting the injured to the hospital promptly, especially if they have access to transportation. Quick medical attention can be crucial in emergencies, and every second counts in saving lives. Also people are digrace the Administration in every situation but its not the way. In our district the main thing is Lack of communication which leads to such circumstances in negative way.

The deceased was killed on spot.What kinna medical attention you give to a death person, despite a few walks away the ambulance arrived 1 hour later, the police arrived 2 hrs later and you lecture common people about disgracing the administration.
