That is the bread and wine are transformed into Christ's body and blood but still look and taste like bread and wine. That is Catholicism. Lutherans believe in the real presence of both bread and Christ's body, both the wine and Christ's blood. We do not pretend to understand how that can be. We do not teach that Baptism is required for Salvation. Baptism does cause forgiveness of sins but it is possible to be saved without being baptized. Refusing Baptism is rejecting God but being unable to be baptized or too slow does not prevent salvation. What Lutherans call the office of the keys is not what Catholics mean by that. All Christians are instructed to confess to each other before God and forgive each other. Beyond that trained and ordained clergy are by command of God and by His power instructed to forgive sins. We do not say that Peter was put in charge and the ability to forgive sins is through Peter's authority.
