Ten is such a clean dancer. He's the most expressive dancer in K-pop, besides maybe Taemin. And even though the movements are so precise and fast, he always adds little things on his own to add more feeling to the choreo

Each episode has a theme, for this one it's Horror Theme and Ten wanted to depict someone being possessed, hence that body bending moves. I hope you watch all of the contestants choreos. I loved Momo's and Shownu's performance alongside Ten's.

@@ChrisStillBeTalkin Yes! Taemin was only in the first theme, Devils (same as this video), but he took in a very different direction then everyone else. His was 'fighting his inner demons' sort of theme.

Ten did such an amazing job on this show! One of my favorite numbers for the whole series though is Yukwon’s Joker stage. I think it’s even on this episode. The way he utilizes his dance crew and embodies the character is crazy!

So the story in Ten's "Becoming the Devil" dance is he is supposed to be a priest who was performing and exoticism and the smirk he gives is supposed to be the moment when things start to go wrong and Ten becomes possessed by the Devil. His backup dancers are demons who are loyal to the Devil. So that is why you see him contorting his body because its supposed to be like the Devil has taken over his body and he can now do superhuman things. Can you believe that Ten actually didn't win this week for this performance? If he wasn't competing against his dance idol Taemin, one of the best dancers in the industry. I think Ten might have won. But as you know, when it comes to Taemin you just can't beat him. Plus, at this time Ten was still pretty new in the industry and he was still a rookie so not a lot of people knew him, and Taemin is a seasoned veteran who everyone knows. But that was the whole reason why SM put Ten on the show and why he was the contestant that had the most stages out of everyone, because Ten is an AMAZING dancer and this was his opportunity to show the world they needed to sit up and pay attention to him. Plus this was only the first week of the show, so by the end everyone understood Ten's talent. Ten has 5 performances from this show. You should check them all out.

Thinking about the fact that by the time Hit the stage was filmed Ten was a trainee of 3 months and was able to keep up with Taemin is amazing. I would love you to react to his other choreography’s on hit the stage especially ‚The Fight‘ and ‚Uniform‘ he even won with that performance you really can feel the emotions. I loved when Ten did this stage, but my favorites were his Rom-Com and Fight Night stages. You should check him, Taeyong and Mark out on NCT Dance, it's one of their RU-vid channels, they post freestyle videos there.

Ten's performance for "Uniform" on Hit the Stage was INCREDIBLE, you should definitely watch it. His Dream in a Dream practice vid (filmed the same day as that Becoming the Devil practice vid, I think?) is also incredibly beautiful (more contemporary) Also, NCT's China unit is called WayV. Ten is in it, along with a few other old and new NCT members, and they've got some really clean dance practice vids you should check out!

Totally unrelated request: Taemin's "Drip Drop" I just really wanna see my bias who, regardless of his great voice and visual, is primarily a dancer being appreciated by another dancer. Also I think you'd like drip drop coz it's a dance focused mv, not much performing at all.

you should check out a video to get to know the units of nct if that seems interesting to you. there’s 4 units: NCT U, NCT Dream, NCT 127, and WAYV. Ten is in U and WAYV. there’s individual guides for each unit. fair warning though: there’s 21 members.

wowww ok the directors/producers dropped the ball on this one.... idk why i've never seen the dance practice bc ive seen the performance at least 20 times. but they failed to capture nearly every single key point of the choreo

some notable and underrated hit the stage performances: feeldog, rocky, hyunseung, seyong, bora, and stephanie. stephanie is one of the best female dancers along with hyoyeon and minzy imo. no girl group member nowadays lives up to them, imo. bora did something different for the first time here, respect. feeldog is just WAYYY too underrated. he is too good. rocky is verrrrry trained and verrrry muscular (thighs) and oof. the skills on point. hyunseung isn't normally a dancer, but did well. seyong is crazy good too. (hope you read this!) and please react to them~

*here is a request for you* I adore your videos, you're easily my favorite reacter and I would love to see/hear your input on these videos. Hoya hit the stage this love (it's such a unique dance for a kpop idol to do and easy to see how it won) Hoya 7 years Team Hoya the greatest showman Hoya is a fantastic dancer but he's largely overlooked due to him being in a group that hasn't hit well with newer kpop fans (can't understand why but whatever). But he choreographs most of his own dances and with the Team Hoya one, he choreographed it to use the individual strengths of the kids on his team while highlighting them. Btw in that one he's the one in red. Anyway, I REALLY hope you do this. I don't know if you will but I would love it, I really enjoy your reactions and I would LOVE to see you react to my second favorite dancer (ofc Taemin is #1)
