It actually works. Same happened with me, so I waited for her to complete one whole round and then she finally approached the bar.

Excuse my question but: are you playing isle of sgail on HITMAN 3 or HITMAN 2? Because if you are playing Isle of Sgail on the newest hitman there are potentially bugs or route that have been changed.

That happened to me and I found the solution right away. The thing you have to remember is that when they get sick, they will go for whatever is closest, (either toilet or trash can). And there's a brief window after they eat/drink before the emetic takes effect. What's happening is she's walking too far to the right before she gets sicks and that's what's tripping her up. My advice is after feeding her, run around and bump into her so she stays at the bar until she gets sick. Worked for me.

You need to complete the council meeting, vote nay, then serving her will work. (just sit through the scolding she gives, then wait til she comes around the bar)
