5:08 is honestly pretty dumb anyway, and not just because Jerma bungled the stealth. What kind of person sneaks off to do coke in the bathroom, checks around to make sure nobody's there, SEES A COP, and says "Do I know you?" If this were realistic the guy should have looked around, noticed the cop and been like "OH SHIT no no no no, this isn't what it looks like!"
