The target in the pool, if you tamper with the drink, the woman will take him to the room to dance for him, after which he will smoke a cigarette on the balcony
A waiter in a white suit will bring a cocktail with an aphrodisiac to the target in the pool. Alas, I know no other way to get this vicious jackass out of the there.
The waiter in the pool will serve him the drink. The aphrodisiac will get him really worked up which will prompt him and the girl to go to a private room inside the villa where she can dance for him. This basically gets him out of that pool since without it (unless you literally flash em a gun) he'll never get out of that pool. And that pool is crowded.
