Reverse the mentality and ask them the exact same and tell them you intend to close the road for three weeks for the shits and giggles then see their shouts and screams . 😂😊😂😊😂😊😂😊

I can look back now and laugh at the lies they told the drama they caused, I can see some of my own mistakes.. you live and learn I guess! I have to say though.. had a few sleepless nights that I can’t forgive!

I wonder if that old guy is behind it because he quickly changed his tune for no reason. Would make sense if he's getting someone else to do his dirty work. He would pretend to be your buddy so he can pop round for a friendly chat every day, aka a spying mission to look for ammunition to use against you. Be careful with him. Also try to use a hard hat at all times. If you don't someone will make it a problem for you unless you've had an inspection done and been told you don't need to. I know you might not need it outside but it can save hassle from shit stirrers.

Thanks for the advice, thorough due diligence with every aspect of the build including the correct paperwork being present at all times. Every grey cloud has a silver lining, it’s people like this who you learn the most :)

I’ve documented my property investing journey from start to finish. At first I wasn’t welcomed hence the title.. Slowly but surely I’m loving Anglesey it’s a fantastic place to be! :)
