I've hit rock bottom in life. I'm unemployed, and all my friends have started their career. My marriage has hit rocky grounds because of how useless I've become. I'm trying to claw my way out of this hopelessness. I just hope it's not too late.

I have hit rock bottom, I had everything going right 7 months back but i have lost everything. Now i am clinging on to whatever little I have got with me and working on getting myself back up again, its tough but there is no other way.

Every time I feel like I’ve hit bottom, the floor seems to sink lower.

I’ve lost it all, the beginning of 2022 I was making $5k a month, driving a brand new Mercedes Benz, had all the toys and luxuries of life, and then starting in November I began a dark descent into losing everything I worked so hard for. I’m bankrupt and have to pay bills in a week with no way to do it, started a job and lost it due to my health declining, I’m not sure what to do, I’m starting to lose hope of things ever getting better, I’ve lost my friends, my daughter is being kept from me so I can’t see her, how much more pain do I have to endure before I can feel what happiness is again? I have nothing else to lose. I hope anybody and everybody that takes the time to read this or watch this video, gets whatever their looking for and can make a comeback. I’m not so sure my story will end the same.

im 16, a junior in high school. my girlfriend of 7 months broke my heart right after my mom left me and my dad, i can barely wake up for school, i can barely eat, i keep getting my heartbroken, i cant make my car payments, i barely can find motivation at all. i pray that things will turn around for me and for everyone here. we’re all gonna make it.

I m 27 years old, my girl friiend just broke up with me after 7 years of long relationship with me. I m also unemployed right now decided to prepare for masters in computer science in a country among all the enginners here in India. I also failed to qualify in one of the exams which I had. I am at rock bottom right now and there is a tough road ahead and i hope i will be getting admitted to one of the best institution ahead in India. Writing this just so that whenever I fell rock bottom again i come here to see how far i did come after this. Best of luck to you too whoever is reading this. I know it is tough out there to be better than what u are right now but this is what we ever wanted to be the better version of all of us! 😊

The fact that I lost everything in my life and everything is hard right now.. And really don't know what to do.. Specially that today was the worst when I knew that I lost even the little things and little hopes it's just heart broken... Why? Idk... It's just hard that you lost every dream and every goal

wow. that's all I can say. when you look at your favorite musician/celebrity at all, you think that they are happy doing what they are doing. I watched a lot of videos of Sal on MDD and I always thought he was happy. that's interesting, know how people feel about something. that's why I watched it. one of my best decisions.

I have hit rock bottom. Lost job, which was paying so well, now in debt. I am trying to do good, but for months, i am not able to !! I got another job, which paid less, but i still took up, and that was bad, and i left !! I don't know i am just losing faith !! I have been positive for so long, but now i have reached breaking point !! 😢😢😢

Last 4 years have been the toughest...I lost everything- career, love, ambitions. Now I am trying to stick together the pieces of the puzzle of my life. It appears very difficult but now or never. Hopefully one day I will be in a better position than this.

I keep telling myself I love my life but i’ve definitely hit rock bottom. about 2 months ago I got kicked out and me and my first girlfriend broke up the same day. i’m a boxer and lost my 2nd fight in a row 2 weeks later. i’ve been loosing my passion to fight. I don’t know what my passion is anymore. trying to make ends meet by working this job and now they’re cutting back my hours and i have a feeling this isn’t where i’m met to be. i keep making mistakes that i don’t want to make, and feel deep sadness everytime people tell me that they see something special in me they don’t see in anyone else because of how i carry myself, i feel like a fraud sometimes. i’ve already hit a rock bottom before in 8th grade (im 19 years old now) when i tried to commit suicide, my dad started making money when i was in 3rd grade and isolated me by putting me in a private school with only 20 kids in my class where i’d only go 2 days a week to get my homework and turn it in. haven’t had a recess sense 2nd grade or went trick or treating, felt like i had an unfulfilling child hood and i’m struggling to find fun in things, in 8th grade i became super depressed and wanted to end it all, my dad caught me in the act and dropped to the floor, this made me never want to commit suicide again because of the way i saw my dad, it put a lot of trauma on me, more then i like to admit. but i can’t ignore the fact i feel like i’m going down the same slope, i’m struggling to find fun in things, i don’t know how to anymore. i hope eventually i find the beauty in life, sometimes i just want to quit. i feel like if i go back to my parents house i’m going to fall into depression again, i’ve been sleeping in my car and staying with my grandparents when I can, life is hard, but i’m going to keep going. i’ve quit my weed addiction because i was smoking up to 3 blunts a day to get rid of the pain. dealing with this sober is the route i have to take, pray for me, i want to make it in this life and be fulfilled, at this point im just thanking god for the ability to breath.

You are such an inspiration for me in musician aspect, I really appreciate whit my whole life your music you make the person who I am now, I overpassed the depression and sadness whit your lyrics and chords. I never thought you reach that point in your life now I understand why music can heal in all aspects Thanks Sal

I’m about to lose everything no car no money eviction coming in a couple weeks crack addiction past year tried everything rehab NA AA all the As counseling job after job family tried to help friends tried to help and maybe losing anything will make some kind of difference I really don’t know…7 days sober today and hoping for an 8th, don’t know what’s going to happen in the future but I’m pretty sure I will be in the streets in a couple weeks. About to hit my current rock bottom paralyzed everyday from depression and anxiety harder and harder to get up and do anything. Friends and family starting to ignore my cries for help, because no one wants to deal with a drug addict. Just want to do this comment maybe someone can give me good advice. ❤
