Solid technique. Good form. It's easy to pinpoint flaws from other heavy bag videos that aren't well-known boxers but not here. The boxing here is spot-on
Brother, he is hitting at the hight of his own chin. If he is fighting similarly tall people it's perfect. If they are taller he might have to adjust, but why would he do that while hitting the heavy bag.
Beautiful bag work I enjoyed watching him hit that heavy bag👑💪🏆. His punches are so accurate. He should have his on RU-vid channel ether teaching people how to box, and or showcasing mors of his skills.
Really nice, the skill and practice really shows. Also, there's just something really good feeling about the whole picture. Someone who has a gym at home and putting it to a good use. It has just this nice, stressless mood of having your life in order and under control. Idk if it's true, but certainly looks like it :)
1:17 very open for low upper cut one of my hardest punches , i got 7 knock outs in boxing and i was only 16 at 64 kg thats middle weight , was knocking out adults in the gym lol
Super solid work! super good flow, very nice form, good punch selection. ive got 3 pieces of unasked advice to offer: 1. when you throw your jab, your extension and first half of the punch is great, but you usually lower that jab hand a bit before you bring it back which leaves you a bit more open for a counter 2. your head needs to move a bit more with your cross. if you watch your left hands in slow motion (especially during combos), you'll see your head stays in the same position. i think it's because you're rotating perfectly straight in a line rather than diagonally if that makes sense, but as a southpaw, having a straight left that moves your head automatically is such an easy counter against the orthodox jab 3. you're a bit front foot heavy (not really a huge problem if that's what you like), but i find sometimes the bag exaggerates that, but i think moments like 1:16 really show your flow at your best (where more weight is on the back leg) and moments like 1:23 show the opposite (where your weight is on your front leg and it's pointed over the toe, reaching a bit more for the bag) obviously these r small nitpicks, good work overall
@boxingempireE nice! I bet you catch a lot of fighters off guard with your combos, especially if you finish them with the right jab, keep up the good work, and may God bless you on your journey to greatness
hands are very low , all you gotta do is jab him you'll catch him everytime ,in my case my jabs are knock outs, guard wont work against my punches expecially my hooks
Feels great on your hands isn’t like any other bag this one won’t hurt your hands or wrists , and the punches sounds beautiful whip your punches hard enough they gone sound like gun shots if you have the money to buy a nazo heavy bag you should it’s one of the best if not the best heavy bag in the game it’s amazing
Same here I think they make them to order , nothing for weeks than got a text from a random number then photos of the bag then shipped lol and I had to create labels etx
I'm looking for advice my my age 71yr old my old heavy bag burst I stopped going to the gym a few years ago I was thinking about just using an old car tyre but my daughter said she get me a new heavy bag for Christmas it's for training outside in Scotland I would like people opinion heavy bag or car tyres
Heavy bags are always better than tires , its better for your hands , wrists ,joints, and the feel of it is way better . Ringside, nazo, title bags are good
Started when i was 17 , went to chruch street boxing for 3 months before it was shut down in 2020 then i trained by myself for almost 2 years , then joined wildcat boxing and been competing ever since been with them since august 2 i believe 2022 now were here November 9th 2023
@@boxingempireE damn started when you were 17? how old you are now? you look 17 in here haha...damn makes me regret it now cause i wanted to start boxing when i was 17 but i thought i was too old at 17 and also i was too broke to afford the boxing gym. I should have believed in myself more. I thought there was no way i could compete with dudes in the hood that started at 7. Church street boxing, this is the one in NYC? Good luck bro, technique looking crisp, maybe see you with top rank or golden boy soon. Just don't go with mayweather promotions, we know who they like to promote there.
he's short yet he's punching down low best to punch much higher where a human head is or you'll be conditioned to punching stomachs and twangers, lets be real about this he has NO power , people give me stick in my heavy bag videos yet im 220 lbs all gym built muscle and my bag has big damage from my bare fists , i get plenty of hate from haters even though i was a boxer , i have hundreds of heavy bag videos i know what im freaking doing and my power is world class heavyweight dare i say harder hitting than Wilder
