Join us for a hive inspection where we discover the good and the not-so-great aspects of beekeeping. 🐝🔍 We found eggs, pollen, honey, and lots of bees, but also encountered burr comb, cross comb, and ants on the inner lid of one hive. I wasn't sure how to handle it at the moment, but I've since developed a plan for dealing with the ants and hive beetles. Stay tuned for upcoming videos on these solutions. I'll also be cleaning up the burr and cross comb in the hive and possibly adding a honey super if the hive is ready.
