Thank you for this very detailed and concise review on this helmet that I now have on order. The point that is missed about HJC budget helmets, is that they don’t come with a chin curtain and must be purchased separately according to HJC. Awesome video guys, thanks! 👏👍
I don't know if the statement "HJC Budget helmets do not come with chin curtain" is true because I have owned a few HJC helmets that retailed under $200 that had chin curtain.
@@Turco949 The HJC i10 & i70 for instance, do not come with chin curtains and I had to order them separately. I reached out to HJC about this and they told me that in order to keep the prices low for the consumer, the chin curtains on their budget models are not provided and must be purchased separately. So, the information I posted came directly from HJC’s customer support team, which can be verified! Give them a call !?! Why would I lie or post misinformation about something like that?!?
I have no reason to post misinformation! I purchased the i10 and i70 helmets and neither of them came with a chin curtain, so I called HJC customer support (I have an account with them) and they said that in order to keep prices affordable for the consumer, chin curtains are not included on their budget helmets. So, to say that a comment is not true without factchecking is misleading and wrong! Just give them a call. If your helmets came with chin curtains, then maybe you have models that weren’t included on their list of budget helmets.
@@Turco949It’s a good idea to factcheck before you claim the a comment is not true! Being that I have an account with HJC, I was able to get clarification from their customer support team that my statement was in fact true. Read my second comment and if you would like their phone number, I can provide you with that as well.
I've been looking at helmets with drop down visors and noticed that I hadn't seen any SNELL approved so I appreciate you saying that SNELL won't approve those.
Hey, I just bought the same helmet this week, I think it may be defective. Does you tinted visor shake around when it is in the down position ? Mine seems very stable when in the retracted position but seems nearly unattached when in the down position. Thanks.
