I'm back in Hong Kong again to see, buy and sell some beautiful watches. This video will give you an idea of what it's like to be a watch dealer on the wholesale end. Hi Roman, one of your best video yet. This insight of less glamorous life of an international watch dealer is an eye opener. Hey Roman. Wanted to say this is by far my fave watch-centric channel on youtube. I've been following Luxury Bazaar since my boarding school days. Always remembered you guys were very early in the Richard Mille game before they were this hot (aka trading over retail). You guys even had a whole retail price list years ago (which I still keep for reference). Being Singapore based, I've always followed the Asian market but Luxury Bazaar was imho THE go to site to gauge the US prices. Anyways, cheers and keep gifting us with your videos!

Great candid look into the life of a watch dealer I travel Int. for work as well. I’m heading to Thailand, Sri Lanka, and India for two weeks next month and I get the same reaction from people here, wow sound so interesting, and it is, but it’s also A LOT of work. How many shows like this do you do in a year? Sounds like this was a successful show even with the storm, thank you for sharing!

Would so buy that curved Richard Mille RM 70-01 if I had the money, one of my favourite RMs! But then again Alain Prost, who that watch was made for, happens to be one of my favourite F1 drivers of all time.

Edward Ledin I am gonna try an do a hands on review on it when I get another (sold that one) because it’s the nuts and bolts of that watch that are really impressive, and oh yeah nothing wrong with being biased I am very biased toward AP for example

its all insured so if it goes missing I get paid, but it costs an arm and a leg to ship.

Hi Roman, great insider look into the life of a watch dealer. It's kind of frightening to see Millions of dollars of watches being treated like candy! Hoping you can answer this question for your Q&A: When you sell watches wholesale in these conventions, it seems like you're just trading the watch which is wrapped in plastic. What happens to the box and papers of these watches? Do the buyers not require them? Do second hand dealers just reuse boxes that they have?

Didn’t notice a lot of Rolex’s for sale during the guild show, did they all sell out quick or is that only a small percentage of your overall inventory. Some Rolex models here are going for way more than in the US such as the green dial gmt2 and rose gold Daytona’s for example GMT, dealers are trading at HKD 175k+ & Daytona’s 195k+ with old card and new ones all the way up to 210k, seen a lot of gold DD’s but not much sports and Daytona :(

You should take an extra day once you get there to sleep take advantage 🙈 and rest 😏 You know if you travel for so many hours you’re gonna be tired once you get to your destination. So you can have more energy throughout the week. From my experience of traveling just saying sir
