浸大舉行升旗儀式慶祝國慶
浸大校董會成員和大學主管人員，以及教職員、校友和學生於今日在浸大校園出席升旗儀式，一同慶祝中華人民共和國成立七十四週年。
浸大校董會暨諮議會主席陳鎮仁博士在儀式上致辭時表示，浸大作為香港特區的教育工作者，肩負重任，承擔著培養未來棟樑，引領青少年深刻認識祖國和世界發展大勢的重要使命。大學將積極培養具有國際視野和領導能力的人才，務求以實際行動回應國家對教育的期許。
浸大校長衞炳江教授表示，浸大對於祖國在過去數十年取得舉世矚目的成就深感自豪，將繼續致力培育年青人成為未來領袖，為國家的繁榮和發展作出貢獻。
HKBU flag-raising ceremony celebrates National Day
HKBU's Council members, senior management team members, staff members, alumni and students attended the flag-raising ceremony at campus today to celebrate the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
Dr. Clement Chen, Chairman of the Council and the Court of HKBU, emphasized HKBU’s role in educating future leaders. He stressed the importance of nurturing international perspectives and leadership skills among our students, aligning with the nation’s educational aspirations.
Professor Alexander Wai, President and Vice-Chancellor of HKBU, expressed HKBU’s pride in the nation’s remarkable achievements in the past decades and the University’s commitment to nurturing future leaders who will contribute to the nation's prosperity and development.
