CPO (ret.) Dennis Reynolds closed the U.S. Navy JROTC program at Richards High School with an emotional tribute to his friend and colleague CDR (ret.) Doug Groters, who will retire at the end of the academic year.
After Mr. Reynolds spoke, Bulldog Company seniors presented Mr. Groters with a gift to celebrate his retirement and thank him for his leadership and service.
