@ripGeorge Flloydweather The prison system is a mixture of punishment and rehabilitation as far as I'm aware. You can see in countries where they have a more rehabilitative system that their crime rates are generally lower. Access to art/music stuff can be an effective part of the rehabilitation process, keeps prisoners occupied and out of trouble, and probably actually lowers the national crime rate. I know there was a lot of big words in there but read it over and over again and maybe you'll get something from it. good luck!
