HMPS - BIB15 Bag in Box - 10L Casks of Pure Water (11109) 

Our client in New Zealand required a solution for automating their bag in box packaging for 10L casks of pure water. These casks are filled with some of the world's finest quality water from New Zealand which is then exported to China.
HMPS designed and engineered a HMPS1000 Bag in Box Erector Loader Sealer. The system automatically erects a carton which is folded and flared prior to the bags being transferred via the automatic loading funnel. The bags are loaded through the base to ensure the tap is positioned correctly. The loaded cartons are then closed and sealed with hot melt and then rotated upon exiting the machine to position the tap at the lower end of the carton.
