I mean honestly both are great dds. I always recommend either if your looking for the best dds at tier 8. Right now Cossack is my recommendation since it’s actually available in a bundle a lot

Best DD at tier 8…….lotta good choices. I’d say the Z23 because she’s a good DD hunter and can stealth torp.

I think Tashkent is really underrated. Yeah its big & sits above water but once you master how to move it I think its a solid destroyer. I have better stats in it than kiev.

@@Slai47 I had Z46 but I still have a long way to go. I need 170k more ship XP to get her. I think Z46 and Dm. Donskoi are the only ones that I have grinded will be the ones I'm going to keep since Roon is frustrating to play while FdG is pretty mediocre at best since T9s oftenly face T10s

@@rohannbennedicktan7226 Roon is a pain but can be a good kiter of the opportunity gives itself. Both Z46 and Donskoi are fantastical grinds so that works
