It would have been interesting if the small tube boilers had been available for the class. Just.magine if British politicians were actually human beings and had kept Warspite as a museum ship 🇬🇧🇬🇧

@Royal naval study a guy with a username like that would get mad. I'll give you something to study when the H.M.S . WeenyhutJR (Pride of the Royal Navy- basically a rowboat) is sank by the U.S.S. KickedYourAssOnce-WellDoItAgain (Nimitz Class Carrier- no big deal)

Thanks for the video. The part about the dardanells seems to be quieter than the part before. The part about the sabotaged turbines was very interesting.

To get a better idea of cost of the QE class, £3m was 3 million gold sovereigns. 1/4 of a once of gold for each sovereign. 750,000 ounces of gold in todays currency is £1.2b.

Sabotage in British Shipyards, Docks and Engineering plants was surprisingly common in the early days of the war, as Moscow had ordered British left-wingers to disrupt the British war effort, Moscow at that time being party to a non-aggression pact with Berlin.
