Four years.....i don't really know what to say

I'm ex Royal Navy 85/92 and served on hms intrepid. 4 years for a refit. WTF. I remember the type 23s being built just along the road from me as I live in Glasgow.

Nobody can justify four years,it would be quicker to build a new ship.

Isn’t Portsmouth where historic dockyard is? If so I’ve gone on the HMS cavalier there!
