I have one quary. I big HNI is over subscribed with 4x then even if every investor get 200000rs allotment still this category will not be allocated properly. I think if Big HNI is subscribed by less than 5x it will be automatically will be perportionate subscription. If more than 5x then lottery basis with 200000rs allotment to lucky one. Pls clarify it

Sir i have doubt if i am wrong please correct you told in bajaj housing ke ipo me aapne apply kiya through existing stakeholder thar should not be more than 2 lakhs right. you said in video you apply in shni Throught existing stake holder how that is possible

I was thinking the same. In fact I applied for 13 lots in shareholder Quota just to maintain less than 2 Lakhs. Now i am confused.

Thank you for the video. In case of oversubscription HNI category, 5% cap for sHNI and 10% cap for bHNI kaam nahi karta hai kya ? Can you explain this allocation process with example ?
