@@kirbyeresman2659 I feel the exact same brother! The intuitive thoughts and wisdom of "just knowing" is hard to express in the lower vibrations of language. But that is what we were given as a way to communicate. I am, as I am sure you are, aware of the "feelings of knowing" the intuitiveness we both have opened ourselves up to is very hard to convey to others who have not opened up to or even wanted to stick their toe in the water about. What i have learned and gleaned as good advice is to emulate love and be the Lighthouses we descended to be in this physical plain that we were meant to. Namaste

And our exchange has Proven that good can come from Social media! and from speaking truth. but that does not come easily It has required as Im sure you know!? a lot of work through self inquiry and exploration of the concepts of the essential self. I am discovering more and more that I have a gift and an ability to articulate with the language and I can put rather broad concepts in simpler terms because I am a simple guy!. More and more as I speak people say wow I never though about "it" like that.... What I see happening is that in those exchanges I have literally helped another awaken a seed of knowing and I feel so energized by these exchanges because another vow I made to myself a few years ago is to do the work to bring as much union with the fragmented parts of the "self" so that I can from that place show up for the people that cross my path in wholeness; with the understanding that we are mirrors and from a clear Chanel to speak from the heart. FYI all these people are doing major culture appropriation. They have no connection to Hawaiian culture and ways. Maui Aloha I totally understand your frustration. It can feel like something is taken from you this way, when your very culture is seemingly exploited. But I genuinely believe many, many of these people want to help others in sincere ways, ways that have helped them. I know that finding ho’oponopono has been an absolute blessing for me. It’s helped me heal wounds I didn’t think could be, it’s helped me show myself love in ways I didn’t think I could ever allow myself to. It’s helped me forgive and heal. I’m still healing, and I know the peace I’ve found will only grow in the future. It’s so incredibly beautiful, and I wouldn’t at all hesitate to share on a platform like RU-vid if I could. I talk about ho’oponopono with people in my life, hoping they will be inspired and decide to change their life for the better as well. I believe gifts like this deserve to be shared. We all need healing, we all need love, we all need forgiveness.

Zain If you truly believe in something, like this song for example. If you sing this song over and over that it will heal you and bring good to your life. It's because you truly believed in that song healing you is the reason why you healed. Like if your house is having paranormal activity and you want to get it blessed so the activity will stop. Before the Kahuna "priest," starts he says that everyone has to believe in what we are trying to do or it will not work. Just letting people know that this is not a Hawaiian Healing practice that these people are saying it is. Ho'oponopono is a real Hawaiian healing practice but it's not done how these people are saying it is. As the painful memories come, continue breathing deeply, keeping your breath even and rhythmic. Don’t go into your head, instead, stay with your body. Feel where you feel those emotions of distress, disappointment, fear, hurt, anger, loss, shame or guilt- in your furrowed brow, in your jaw, in your arms or shoulders as they tense, or chest as it clenches up, within your body in your gut as you feel negative energy being displaced, or anywhere else. Chant along with these words and mean them with very breath, with all your heart and every fibre of your being. Name the emotion, whatever it may be. And once ready, gently incorporate the prayer again and feel healing energy enter your with each breathe and negative energy and pain leave as it’s acknowledged and let go, and transformed into love, gratitude, forgiveness and peace. Continue to feel where you may experience the distress through your physical self, and continue to keep your breathing even and deep. It can be unimaginably difficult to face your hurt, but it’s necessary so your body, soul and mind can heal. It’s going to be hard, but you can do it. I promise. This is what’s helped me the most, and what was recommended to me by my amazingly kind and loving psychiatrist. Having the courage to face our deepest hurts, our most wounded selves, our most tender pain, our most potent fears- it’s so, so frightening, but I promise you, it’s more than worth it. Combined with this prayer, it allows you to be reborn in love and forgiveness for yourself and others, to truly allow yourself to shine your light. I believe in you. You deserve to take care of yourself, to allow yourself to work through your pain, to transform your hurt into love and to find happiness, joy and peace. I love you:)
