I could be given a free home, tax free, but if a HOA was included, I would say, "no way". Imagine spending 200k on a house with heavy property taxes every year, just to have a hoard of Karens telling you HOW TO LIVE...?! UM. NO.
My wife and I own an apartment building. My daughter lives in one unit and we live in one. We feed about 10 to 15 cats outside. One has been around for 3 years. I do not and would never live under the tyranny of an HOA. I do what I please with my property.
@@jlambe19 you are assuming he wouldnt pull the trigger. he would be dead for trying to enforce some bullshit HOA rules, and guy would be in jail for murder of person. there are scenarios in which everyone loses. they are actually the most common type of scenario. I wouldnt go to someones house and demand anything. thats a recipe to get shot. and yeah of course those people would face consequences, but for what if im dead, lol.

I hope this family called the Police on him for Theft of Property 😡🤬‼️ He should just mind his own business. My family has an intrusive HOA Group. He painted his front door a beautiful medium blue color. So, what does the HOA do? They tell him he must paint it a darker blue because they don’t like his blue. He changed it to a darker blue. But he fixed them soon after that by changing the door to a wrought (? Spelling) iron and tempered glass door. Much prettier than any painted door too.

People, like this Ken, loves having the power to control other people's lives. If you want to put them in their place, use the rules they enforce against them. Gather evidence that they are in violation of the HOA's rules as well as pressing charges when they trespass onto your property. All of this creates a paper trail that your lawyer - or a D.A. - can use for a whole number of outcomes. If you can get neighbors banded together, the outcome will be multiplied tremendously. It will be even worse for all the Karen's and Ken's working for the HOA especially when the amount of money being paid towards fines, legal fees, etc. is greater than the amount of income they have coming into their lives. When they have to sell their homes, and move out of the neighborhood, just to pay off everything, it will be a win for the neighborhood as a whole.

I live in Anaheim California and we now have a skunk problem because people were leaving food for feral cats. Wild animals will find food. Stop feeding them.

I live in London England, is this really true? It seems extraordinary that any association or individual can be allowed to act in this way. Love to see him here boy he's be in for a surprise.
