Watching this channel keeps me grounded and my craft room/supplies in control! In fact, I have the urge to purge something right now. I can't imagine.

I grew up with parent that were hoarders and it was stressful as a child...My mom wanted to save everything from our out grown clothes , toys, receipts, and cook books..my dad hoarded magazines and cameras...their house was cleaned out after they passed and we filled 3 large dumpsters...

Just started watching, that man sounds proud of his hoard. Very unusual

This guy shows his home like he's proud of his accomplishments; These obsessive compulsive hoarders rarely ever recover from this disease and will continue to hoard and re hoard for the rest of their lives.

The word delusional comes to mind. I’m off to get rid of stuff, these programs motivate me to never let my home be like this 😀

I once lived in Detroit n I had a neighbor whom apartment was real....bad n me n my cousin cleaned her apartment it was amazing to see the difference

Paul is basically just an a$$#o!e and Susan and her passive husband, Robert, just seem very simple, and they all just move things about. I hope it all works out finally

I hope the cleaners get a very good salary but I sort of doubt it .....they are fantastic people ..

I have 3 boxes 📦 Charity, Dump, Keep. You cannot “keep” unless another box fills up as well. The rubbish box is usually bigger than the others.

One of the Pauls had previously hoarded himself out of his own house and moved in to a friend's house and hoarded that too. I'd love to know if that hoard was also resolved.

I normally enjoy watching the hoarders shows. But it's obvious that these hoarders are not ready to get rid of all the stuff. This hoarders show made me very anxious. When Susan went out to the skip and took everything back out oh my. I wish them well and hope they are able to continue cleaning out their clutter. I just have a hard time when hoarders leave horded houses for their children to have to deal with the hoard. Very sad!

Where do these cleaners get the patience to deal with difficult homeowners.. I want some of that!

Don't know what Britain's like, but here in Australia these places would cost a small fortune to get cleaned and sorted out. Cleaner's get good money here , which is how it should be. Any cleaning is damn hard work, but this type of extreme cleaning is on a whole different level...and cost.

I am or was one tragic event happening to me, away from being a hoarder. I was a boarderline one about 15 ish years ago. Read two things. Did i want to leave my tat for my kids to sort? No. And swedish death cleaning. Which is where i got the first bit from. I still stock up. Check myself and have a clearout. But no where near as bad as i was. Or been as severe as this lot.

I give those cleaners credit because I’m sorry but that couldn’t be a job for me, yes I know these people have had sum sort of trauma, or illness or death of a loved one and they end up being depressed for many years therefore they just let their home “ go” just because they don’t wanna deal with it BUT to have ur home, where u lay ur head at night end up the ways these homes are is nuts! These cleaners are angels, they are amazing.. these cleanings look like 20 people should be doing it and it’s only a pair of two and maybe a handful out of sight of cameras but it’s still too much! The first man really annoyed me I know these cleaners HATE when the client is at home “ babysitting “ them, it just slows down the process!!

Hoarding items is one thing. Food trash, pet excrement and moldy or maggot items are another thing…..it’s filth from laziness. Just take out the garbage for God sake.

The married couple? Give me a break! She knew the way her parents lived was horrible, yet she made the choice to live the same way. And the husband “picked up her habit?” Bull. He could have stood his ground and not married her until the place was clear. And then insist it not got out of control. Instead he enables his wife! Good lord! Be a man!

Susan is rude and selfish . Genetics or not I don’t care . Those men are trying to help you and you take stuff out of the skip Unnaceptable. 🇦🇺🦘 Well at least Susan improved and became nicer . Paul needs a reality check especially the younger Paul he did become more grateful and the old Paul did well .

I could not do their job. If people are rude to me I’m out of there, especially if I’m working so hard trying to help them.

I remember asking for help for two years. I'm too disabled to do it all on my own and there are many things I can't even do. (Like moving heavy furniture) I envy the people in these videos who can get help.
