God I can relate to that panicky feeling so much. I burst into tears at such inconvenient moments and it's just embarrassing. Wish there was something that could help. Gabby go to sleep!!!!!! I know you are busy but seriously try you're best to put you're sleep first. I had insomnia for years and I am now pretty much over it, but it was detrimental to my school work and general mood as well as my health. To help myself get to sleep and make myself sleepy I try and read before bed, also exercising, listening to something to get to sleep like a story on audio or a film on quietly in the background. Also making a nice place to sleep like candles, nice smells. You could also try herbal sleeping teas or tablets, and if worse comes to worse sleeping pills also do work but they are not gr8 coz they do just knock you out completely and apparently they are not good for you're health. Hope this helps. Loved this vlog, you're vlogmas is my fave xxxx

the more you wash your hair the greasier it will get gabby had no idea you washed it this much, I leave my hair for 4 days and it's not even greasy pls trust me just use dry shampoo until you train your hair to produce less oil :)

for the longest time, i thought i had the same problem with my nails. my ring grew longer than the rest. Turns out that nail is shorter! So, when they all grow out, that nail looks longer! idk if that's the same deal.
