I’ve been trying to to find info on the trip up there. I want to ride my bike up there and camp. How many miles do your think it is from Diamond Fork to Strawberry using those roads? Or from Mapleton to Strawberry if you’re not sure of the other way. I assume that aside from the puddles, there’s no stream or river along the way I could filter water from?

Just looked over my maps and I can’t seem to find my tracks for this trip. I think I took left fork up to Kirk ham hollow then up from right fork. Either way you can make it up to Strawberry I’ve take both .

It's a fun little trip, and there are a ton of options back down the mountain if you are looking for a different view on the return trip.

I currently use Hema Maps to map out all of my routes along with Google maps and Google Earth. I am working on setting up a way to download tracks from my trips. I was just looking through my saved tracks and for some reason this trip is not there. It was a couple years ago now but I know I tracked the trip. There are a ton of different routes you can take. Both left and Right Hobble Creek eventually run into each other and Strawberry Ridge Road which lead up to the lake. There are are a bunch of other options as well.

Awesome video but I cringed when I saw your wife not wearing a life preserver. Several people have drowned in recent years after flipping their canoe in Utah lakes and the wind comes up really fast on strawberry.
