Hobbywing 1800kv Fusion 

Not to use another channel but rc reviews did a review with this motor pulling a 10lbs weight for ten mins crawling and did really good

One of my favourite small brushless motors is the stock horizon hobby Losi mini 8ight motor it is powerful for its size and can take 3s but I never needed to go higher than 2s with good gearing 😊👍💯

This motor is so quiet, so good and easy to programme. A+

I had an older 1230 profusion, it was baisically about the same as the stock brushed motor speed controll combo with the excception of not being anble to turn off the drag brake, and only having5 seconds of braking before dumping into reverse.I had no other problems. Now recently i swapped it out for a pro fusion 2300 kv. The new one is wvwn more proramable, you can have it set to forward/brakes then reverse like a Normal esc, Its Phenomanally more powerful.but still you can driuve it so slow its hard to tell its moving. Now i even had to turn on the tsm for bash rounds.If your worried about to much power, try the stabikity manager, Or just limit its output. Just remember that with a flick of a swith the truck once again is a doughnut spinning wheelie machie once again.

It's a Great motor combo. I have it in my Element Enduro Sendero. It works perfect. Great video thank you for sharing.

I have the 1800kv in my new build.truck performs awesome.i used the axial raw builders kit.i had to trim the batt tray.run it on a 2200 45c jens ace.run time is awesome to.

Got a gen 8 last week, grabbed this fusion and dropping it in next week. Cant wait

I fried my electronics on my TRX Defender, thanks to some really nice puddles just asking for an RC to run through them, but Traxxas receivers are junk anyway. Just ordered the (edited update) Radiolink RC6GS V2 2.4G 6 Channels RC Transmitter and Receiver R7FG Gyro RX for the servos, lights and winches. I like how quiet the motor is, just awesome. Thanks. (asmr for the tires)

Awesome run footage Exo... it really shows the wheel speed is quite acceptable on the lower kv the fusion offers, was holding back in hope of at least a 2300kv. Have a good weekend mate...cheers 👍

I put one in my trx4 defender and I love it so smooth,I am running a 9 tooth pinion and stock spur with tracks on and it crawls so slow you can barely see it move.

Thanks for sharing. I was concerned when I first saw the lower advertised peak/continuous current ratings compared to the full AXE or even the Hobbywing 1080 - however, looks like it does well for you.

Looks like the ticket for a lightweight clutter free build. I do hate ESC's with switches though.

never dismiss a softer foam , nor a wrinkled tire . Thats traction , a conforming tire and foam will often get you where ya headed . like putting gloves on to reach or climb for something .

I just put this in G500 Trx4 with a DDRC dig unit from shapeways, ultimate TRX 4 setup IMO

The 1800kv is awesome , I wasn't able too drive my Truck , I've been waiting for a program card!!! Which didn't come with motor!! And I paid 150$ for mine! Anyways I thought I'd give it a little spin in my kitchen, pull the throttle was fine. Stop and pulled throttle again, it just whined. Check it was the motor Shaft broke just in front motor!! Now what do I do with!?

I just got this for my trx4 bronco and I love it. I can't believe how slow and smooth you can go. I haven't had problems with heat either and I live in southern California in 100+ degree weather lol, I've ran it a couple time in 90+ degree days and my bronco isn't light. My other rig right now is a wraith 1.9 and it sucks this motor won't fit in it or I would have already bought one for the wraith, been thinking of the axe 540 size for my wraith instead.

That's pretty cool, But I have the TRX4 Traxx (with the limited edition Deep Terrain Tracks) and I just ordered the 1800kv. I plan on using a 7 Tooth pinion gear? I don't want to go too fast and throw a track or break one, but it needs the power and torque!

I don't see the pinion listed in the description, are you running the stock 11T pinion ?

I am really leaning heavily into getting the 1200kv for a 1/14th scale snow plow build as it will free up space for all the servos I need to run all the other truck functions. I am really surprised how smooth the Fusion seems to operate at any RPM.

I'm loving my fusion in my trx4 sport. Only complaint I have is it does get very hot. I ordered a motor fan for 15$ hope that fixes my problem.

What’s the size is the shaft? I’m looking to buy this combo and a couple of pinion gears but don’t know the size of the shaft.

Anyone that has overheating issues with this motor put to big of a pinion gear on. I put my original back on from a 15t on my trx6 and the overheating went away

I was thinking of this combo as a cheap, light, compact option for a Capra, but now I don’t think it’ll fit! Can you take a peek? Or is it not even worth considering? Should I stick with the HW 540 Axe I was planning?

Does this system have a bec in it like the axe system does? I have the axe system in my sc10ii but just got a trx4 and was going to get another axe and found out it's discontinued. so im try to find something to take its place.
