I am the same way about caffeine. I do my best to stop drinking it early in the day so I can have a good nights sleep. Love your sleep mask sticker. I don’t sleep with one, but I have heard they are good to use for a good nights rest. I’m also a Cobb Salad fan when ordering from Chick-Fil-A. Goodness….your Mama Chronicles had me on edge! Maybe a flavorful herbal tea - hot or iced - at lunch or after workouts. I just recently changed from coffee to black iced tea for summer and tummy happiness. I am sleeping better.

I have trouble sleeping too. Tried melatonin for a bit but they say it’s no bueno to take that too much. I am right there with you about being over caffeinated. I have to watch something to fall asleep. It’s either I Love Lucy or Three’s Company. Love that black page 😍. Loved the stories 😂😂
