Hochfall und Sternknöckel - Bayerischer Wald im Aprilwinter 2024
Mitte/Ende April 2024 gab es einen erneuten Wintereinbruch, so dass ordentlich Schnee lag.
Vom Parkplatz Hotel Riedlberg geht aufwärts in Richtung Hochfall.
Im Wald geht es dann leicht abwärts zum Hochfall, der via Holzstege besichtigt werden kann.
Von da aus geht es bergab nach Mooshof.
Nach Bergwinkl geht es erstmal flach weiter um danach in den Aufstieg zum Sternknöckel (oder Sternknockel) überzugehen.
Oben auf 818 m hat man eine schöne Aussicht zum großen und kleinen Arber. Seit 2022 hat der Sternknöckel auch ein Gipfelkreuz.
Von da abwärts geht es durch Mais wieder zum Parkplatz des Hotels Riedlberg.
Die Tour ist natürlich auch im Sommer abwechslungsreich.
Es gibt aber bekanntlich keine falsche Kleidung....

Hochfall waterfall and Sternknöckel summit - Bavarian Forest in April winter 2024
In mid/end April 2024 there was another onset of winter, so there was a lot of snow.
From the Hotel Riedlberg parking lot, head uphill towards Hochfall waterfall.
In the forest, the trail then descends slightly to the Hochfall waterfall, which can be visited via wooden walkways.
From there it goes downhill to Mooshof.
After Bergwinkl, the route continues flat for the time being and then turns into the ascent to the Sternknöckel (or Sternknockel) summit.
At the top at 818 m you have a beautiful view of the Großer and Kleiner Arber summit.
From there you descend through Mais back to the parking lot of the Hotel Riedlberg.
The tour is of course also in summer very nice.
But there is no such thing as the wrong clothing....

Hochfall e Sternknöckel - Foresta bavarese nell'aprile dell'inverno 2024
A metà/fine aprile 2024 si è verificato un altro inizio di inverno, quindi la neve era abbondante.
Dal parcheggio dell'Hotel Riedlberg si sale verso Hochfall.
Nel bosco, il sentiero scende leggermente fino all'Hochfall, che può essere visitato attraverso passerelle di legno.
Da lì, il sentiero scende verso Mooshof.
Dopo Bergwinkl, il percorso continua a essere pianeggiante prima di passare alla salita verso Sternknöckel (o Sternknockel).
In cima, a 818 metri, si gode di una splendida vista sul Großer e sul Kleiner Arber. Lo Sternknöckel ha anche una croce di vetta dal 2022.
Da lì, il percorso scende attraverso Mais fino al parcheggio dell'Hotel Riedlberg.
Il tour è naturalmente vario anche in estate.
Ma come tutti sappiamo, non esiste l'abbigliamento sbagliato....
