Some of the anthems playing in hockey arenas while a game is interrupted. The last one is a melody from a Czech cartoon show for children called "Bob and Bobek - Rabbits From The Hat" composed by Petr Skoumal. These two rabbits are mascots of the ice hockey world championship currently being played in The Czech Republic, which is my country. Today (17 May 2015) Czechs are playing against Americans for the bronze medals.

No, unfortunately. In fact, I would be surprised if it had a name. I always assumed it's just some old folk tune.

As far as I'm aware of, I don't think it's any particular song per se, it's just some tune being played at sport events to keep the crowd occupied during intermissions (get people clapping, cheering etc.) so that they are entertained and won't get bored. :-)
