This is a video showing you how to use our digital files to create a 2 layered wooden hockey coach clock with your C02 Laser with either lightburn or on your glowforge laser machine by Twisted Grain Digital

If you are going to open it in lightburn please install this font first at this otherwise you may not be able to edit the Coaches name, however, you can use whatever font you want. Here is the link to the font:

You can resize this to any size that you wish, just make sure you resize both the backing and the front to the same.
The Red lines are the cut lines, black lines are engrave or fill, and blue lines are score lines.
You will need to purchase the clock movements and hands. You can purchase these at many places including Amazon. I purchased mine here:

We used ¼ inch birch plywood on the bottom layer and 1/8 inch birch plywood for the top layer but you can use whatever material and thickness you want.
Your settings on your laser for cutting, engraving and scoring will be different than ours so please make sure you adjust the settings for your machine.
