Here's how to teach your goalies how to T Push. The T Push is one of the most fundamental moves a goalie can make. Learning how to T Push is absolutely critical to overall goalie development and it's one of the things we see the most as done "incorrectly".
In this video, Dave Rogalski, former goalie coach at St. Cloud State University (D1, NCAA) and current Goalie Development Coach for the St. Louis Blues.. -explains the T-Push for Goalies. Dave also spends time on the errors we often see when T-Pushing, giving proper tips for young goalies looking to better their experience in the crease.
