It's time for another Hockey Road Trip! At the start of the CHL season, Jesse, Corwin and DZ decided to take a trip to Peterborough to visit one of the most historic teams in the OHL...the Petes!
@Tr00py • That was funny to watch indeed 😆 I forget the TSN guy’s name who arm wrestled the “Pete’s” Captain but yes the “Pete’s” kid is only 17 & still developing obviously & i’m not sure how old that TSN guy is but i’m guessing around mid to late 20’s which can be a big difference obviously.
Another fun road trip, although it isn't quite the same without Luca or Emilie around. Also congrats to Jessie beating a guy almost ten years younger than him. XD
I always love going into my hometown OHL team's arena in the Peterborough Petes. That team and building is incredibly historic. As a journalist, I get to go there often for press conferences and conduct interviews. Eventually the company I work for will move into game coverage. The Petes are fantastic to work with and talk to.
This was awesome because I live I Colorado but we always go visit our grandparents in Sault Ste Marie, MI and sometimes we go to Ontario but Peterborough looks so much like the Soo and the locks reminded me so much about it so much, also love me some Luca, rating my top 5 favorite guys it’s 1.Luca because of the flow 2.Corwin because I’m kinda bandwagon 3.Jesse because he’s funny 4.Z because like come on he’s the voice of bardown 5.Vince because I love the old videos with him. Love watching you guys you shaped me from only football to loving hockey too

Gotta go on a trip to Sault Ste. Marie! Wayne Gretzky played an actual season here, plus there are some leafs beauties that played here AND Bobby Margarita worked at the Sault Star back in the day!
Go petes go they won the OHL cup last year but the 23/24 season was not good made bad trades but in like two years they will go on a run again Peterborough is nice there are lots of Santa’s 😂 Jesse the flame tap bud. Not going to lie that was fire and dust but good at the same time. The memorial centre is old and bad it has a lot of history it has been there since 1956
13:00 I think the reason in a lot of OHL rinks the benches are on opposite sides is because its to prevent bench brawling which the OHL is kind of famous for.
