I walk you through the practice, show you all the drills we did, and show you how to build up your own skills practice, whether it's for your own individual training or your team's training if you are a coach.
Often practice plans are just thrown together without much thought; I show you how to do it the right way, so that you get the most out of your practice, and give you a lot of pointers on various skills. And of course, we also had a ton of fun and laughs out on the ice!
