I know I don’t know you but I also suffer with my mental health greatly so I know saying things like I’m sorry or it gets better doesn’t do much for your peace or your spirit. I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone. This has been the hardest and meanest year of my life and that’s really saying something. I’m really just trying to survive. To take life hour by hour, minute by minute, second by second because if I don’t, I don’t know if I’ll still be around. I couldn’t consciously scroll past your comment without telling you that this stranger on the internet is sending you so much love and comfort for your heart and your spirit. Life fucking sucks. I hope this can make it suck even just 0.0000001% less. *BIG VIRTUAL HUG* I hope you reach a point of stability someday and have so many moments of joy and beautiful laughter. Kelly does NOT receive compliments well enough as she should. I feel like she shuts down when someone compliments her or when emotions get too real. Just me? I dunno. I could sense it when Hoda was praising Kelly and her move to NYC and Kelly was like "Ahh, emotions, too real, must deflect!" LOL

I have noticed that for awhile. She’s quick to compliment others but I feel she is a little uncomfortable and doesn’t quite know how to respond so moves on quickly. I wouldn’t be surprised that not having her father in her life much while growing up might have played a part in that. Just a guess but maybe I’m wrong.

This was amazing! I’m a grandma now, but it really made me think about being ‘present’ and how fast time flies when you are so busy with life, careers, growing children, spouse, etc. to take that time to be present in the moment! So true! Also, the funniest thing ever said by two amazing talk show hosts at the very end….both said, I’m bad at small talk….? What? Lol!
