Today we got to open a box of 2013-14 Panini Prime Hockey! This product was always one of my favorites with the insane prime patches and letter marks.

Grant, I so enjoy these old products you are targeting. That was def a solid box. I've had Val Nichushkin in fantasy the past two years, and he's been completely elite. He's been putting up a point per game, and had nine goals in the playoffs. The issue is he keeps heading back to the player assistance program, and was suspended for six months, likely due to substance abuse. He's a bit of a tragic figure, as the Avs could have gone deep had he been well.

Great product and nice break, but do you even watch hockey at all? Or just open packs? Nischuskin was a bust...up until about 3 years ago when he joined Colorado and became one of the better players on a stacked team. Just thought I'd point that out, as that was actually a decent hit.

Panini prime was one of the best products ever made. I'd be surprised if they still had that redemption card. They more than likely used them to replace other redemptions they couldn't get.

I thought that Danny DeKeyser card looked kinda familiar...I had to look through my cards and have a card similar but it's a Nathan Beaulieu for Montreal. Have no idea how I acquired it haha
