hog and sag 

there is no limit , as long as sf , bm , is less than 100 percent. - normally , for large vsl , its about 10-15 cm ( i read somewhere , max hog should not excees 1 percent , of vsl length)

try to keep minimum value, close to zero. max value is different, for different ships, may go upto 10- 20 cm
