Hogtunes Memphis shade sound system install 

Make sure the amp control switch has the correct power. I’m guessing the speakers do have sound coming out?

@@paranormalbiker7325 yes there is sound coming out but its embarrassing 😳 its so quiet nothing like yours at all .. I wired the amp control switch to the plug in that leads to the battery ? I didn't see any additional switches on the controller/amp besides the buttons on the front

@@meangreenz587 did you do a sound test before the install just to make sure the unit worked properly? Definitely sounds like a power connection issue. Only other thing to do is call hogtunes they have a great staff who loves helping out. Stupid question but did you turn the volume up on your phone? The main unit can be turned up but if you’re phone is turned down that could be your issue

@@paranormalbiker7325 I didn't do a sound test first ... and I checked phone volume and unit volume and switched from phone on RU-vid to iPod i also tried aux connection ... the iPod was a little louder but nothing special...I'm firmly leaning towards a defective unit or amp/control 🤔 my gf says i had too high of expectations but I'm telling you it sounds god awful.. it was replacing the old wired hogtunes and that one cranked .. I'm going to have to give them a call or just pack it up and return it to Amazon.. 4or5 hrs and a sunburn later lol thanks for the help.
