Hogwarts Legacy - ALL Harry Potter Movie References You Missed 

SPOILER: Do not read if you have not finished Sebastian's storyline. There's another reference to the movies in #4. When you do Sebastian's story and read the notes of Salazar Slytherin, he mentioned that he got sick of the other Hogwarts founders of not seeing reason and allowing muggle blood to study at the school alongside pure blood. Then he mentioned vaguely the "creature" is hidden away until someone worthy claims it and uses it to rid the school of muggle blood. This is a reference to Voldemort and the basilisk in the chamber of secrets.

There's also a dead body in a spider nest that has a note "follow the spiders" written 20 times on it.
