There are 16 House Token Locations in Hogwarts Legacy for The Daedalian Keys Side Quest. This guide shows where to find all of these House Tokens / Daedalian Keys.
You must first accept the side quest "The Daedalian Keys" from Nellie in Transfiguration Courtyard. You always have to find one Daedalian Key, then it flies to a nearby cabinet, then slap the key when it flies over the lock to get the House Token. Use all 16 House Tokens on the House Chest in your house's dorm to get a unique house-exclusive cloak. It doesn't give any stat boost but it's one of the nicest looking cloaks in the game. You can overwrite the appearance of any other cloak with this one in the gear menu.
For the last House Token you will need the Alohomora spell to open Level 1 locks which comes from Main Quest: The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament, about halfway through the story. The rest of the tokens are available from the start.

Tip: if your quest says 14/16, or 15/16, you might have found the key but never opened the wardrobe. I went through this guide by seeing if the keys were where he was showing them, but not checking in the actual wardrobe. You gotta check every wardrobe location to check if the key is hanging out by it or not.

When the key is infront of the cabinet, you press your interact button and at the same time whatever button it is to slap the key into the lock, saves you waiting for it to dash across.

You can get 12 and 13 before finding the map room. Go to Bell Tower Coutyard, turn left at the floo flame and go up the stairs then through the door in front of you. Keep going downstairs to the left until you find the dragon.

You don’t understand how tough this was.. I had already found 10 on my own but when I got to 15. I couldn’t find the last one. So basically I had to go thru each one just to find out that the last one I never finished. I spent 2 1/2 hours looking for my last key. Discovered every inch of the school, some of which I'd never seen before yet. Finally gave up and decided to look it up, only to be in a place I walked by 20 times already. I opened up the other side of the dueling room but not the one with the flying key inside. PRO TIP FOR NEW PLAYERS, FROM A NEW PLAYER: I’m sure I’m probably the last person to the party but if you go over to the chest once the key has arrived it will hover over the lock. If you quickly hit X and then A essentially at the same time, one right after the other, it’s an instant open you don’t have to chase the damn thing around the lock lol. Not that it was that hard to begin with but, I digress.

There is a bug to this quest which I had. If you've deposited all tokens and the chest opens but you don't get the reward, just load a previous save, do a quest then come back to it and you should get your reward and progress this quest further. Hope this helps to any who encounter said bug.

you can actually only get 13 when you first get the quest as two of them you need to go through a level 1 locked door and the 3rd one you don't have access to hospital wing straight away

For anybody like me who have insane troubles getting keys into keyholes - just mash the X button, if you do this, it probably take a long time for key to go in the hole cause it will be smashed all the time, but as soon as it goes over hole cause you mash the button it will 100% goes in. Worked all the time, much easier than timing it.

the keys move in a pattern, when they fly around the board for a third time, they will hover above the hole, slap em on the second time, and spam slap immediately. it will hit 100%
