I stumbled apon the shiny graphorn accidentally I didn’t even realise u could get another one and when I captured her realised she was shiny, I named her lady of the sea as fitting for the lord of the shore and the baby is adorable 🥹

There's a Kneazle den north/northwest of Cragcroft I went to that had all shinies. And a Mooncalf den south/southwest of Feldcroft that has all shinies as well.

NGL, all those names sound like a made up language that doesn't make any sense to an outsider haha. Like this. If you want to find Solak, You'll need to go to the Poison Waste Swamp below Arposandra and Tirannwn, just West of the Feldip Hills, the Elder Divination Outfit can teleport you to the Incandescent Energy Wisps, if you want a quick tele, or just use the Fairy Ring code BJS, or tele from War's Retreat.

If you guys want infinite shiny mooncalfs there is a den in the Feldcroft Region on the far left that only spawns shiny mooncalfs (pretty sure it’s a glitch use it before it’s patched!!)

I have a shiny mooncalf, testral, flooper, toad, unicorn and kneezel. Didn't hunt the dens at all, just visited some random dens and they were there. The flooper was actually captured by poachers and I freed it, the mooncalf I didn't even know that it was shiny, I was just capturing animals in a mooncalf den for the challanges and the shiny unicorn was just there the first time that I went to the den. I will definitly hunting graphorn now as I know how they look

Has anyone bred a Shiny Unicorn Offspring yet? Didn't see it mentioned in this video and can't find any sources online for what it looks like. I am aware the standard Unicorn Offsprings come gold naturally, so I was curious what the shiny version looks like. However after breeding through 2 playthroughs I have still yet to breed a shiny offspring. If you can show a picture of it with the shiny symbol confirming it that would be amazing!

the easiest shiny in the game is Hippogrift, idk its a glitch or not, but whenever i breed calligo and any hippo female (any color), it always came out as shiny

So I have all shinies except for the graphorn. Do these spawn shiny like the rest? Because I've been doing the typical check time change save and reload trick but after hours still no avail. Will I not know until I fight and catch it? Or am I just really unlucky with this one? 😂

@@liveurlife234 yes you have to fight it and capture it each time or else it just respawns the same. I just sat on the cliff in the middle of his area and spammed attacks until it fell then flew down captured. Flew back up then did the save trick and repeated until I finally got one

There's a challenge for breeding rare beasts, so the only gameplay benefit to farming them is speeding up how long it takes you to do it. Other than that, just the pride of a full collection.

It is, the single den you get access to will spawn both male and female Graphorns, though in my time shiny hunting, I'd say the males are much rarer than the females.

@@SamPhamNBA2KTipsandTutorial I personally have the Kneazles in there as well, they seem to really like it. They fight with the Hippogriffs so they don't fit in the grassland, and my beach is full of all my birds for the "tropical" feeling. My mountainside has my Puffskein's, Nifflers, Mooncalves and Diricawls for this sort of "farm" feeling, full of pumpkins, so the Kneazles didn't really have anywhere else to go.

@@SirFoxbutt I find the best way is to test the creatures in each vivarium. There are lots of diferent opinions in the internet. The way I do it is place the creatures and watch their behaviour: if they sit or lay down this means that they are relaxed and probably happy with their surroundings, since it depends on the vivarium and other beasts around them. So keep testing with your creatures. My unicorns just love the beach, for example, even if it's not the "most common place" for them, I constantly find them laying down on the sand.

I wish I could ride my shiny Hippogriff. :( Hate how the mounts are locked behind paid ones. Also! Breeding two shiny parents guarantees you a shiny offspring. Don’t know the odds with one regular parent and one shiny. I just hunted both male and female.

black one is just a normal one you ca get in a variety of colors

The black hippogriff is the shiny, it will just spawn rarely in dens. The one to the right of it in this video is the ONYX hippogriff which is a unique preoder bonus, that one is not in the game at all outside of the preorder bonus. He doesn't specify that though.

Your male shiny Hippogriff is a different color than mine. 😳 Mine is black as well as the female but your black Hippogriff isn’t shiny and has green eyes, mine that are shiny only have red. 😮

He shows two black hippogriffs, the actual shiny "black" one in the game, with the red eyes, and the ONYX hippogriff that is the preorder bonus, that has the blue eyes. That hippogriff is not in the game at all outside of the preorder bonus, he simply doesn't specify that in the video.

There is a very clear diffrence between the shiny unicorn and its shiny offspring. just like with the kneazles the offspring is mush more yellow golden instead of the more brouwn-ish gold. sadly the shiny unicorn offspring is the only one missing in the video. I have a unicorn offspring that is way more yellow and lighter gold than the standard (adult) shiny unicorn.

@@Mi-NaYoung They may have fixed it since initial set up. Both were just gold unicorns with same color mane. There was also no real difference in shiny male and females offspring outside a few examples like this kneezles. Again assuming we go off my post well over 3-4 updates ago. Haven't played since.

The colour isn't, no, but male/female often have different shapes slightly. Such as male Fwoopers have much longer tail feathers, and male Unicorns have longer and straighter horns than the short and curly horn of a female. Male Jobbers also have longer tails and more feathers on their heads vs. females, so I find most male shinies stand out better than females because they have more of their bonus to show off.

The silver color is the shiny one. It can be male or female. Green, black and so on are the regular colors.

Viverium habitats biome for beasts , some beast dislike each other's and this set up will keep them all happy. Swamp / night time habitat : beasts mooncalf ,purple toad and thestrial dark arts dlc will unlock mount after saving hipogriffe with natti questline . Coastal : hipogriffe,diricawl and graphorn lord of the shore will only appear after 4th keeper trial. Woodland : unicorn ,puffs ,fwooper and jabber Add tree props and they will perch. Mountains : sneezle,niffler and Phoenix quest appear after 3rd keeper trial.

I have always called them albino. I refuse to call them shiny, because most of the species are just some form of pale washed out/no color version or weirdly, slighty yellow-tinged white, like beige, but not beige.

Albinism is the lack of melanin, which is black pigment. Many of the beasts “shiny” variations could be considered leucistic, which is a similar mutation which does not affect the eyes. Beasts that could be considered leucistic are : Fwoopers, Diricawls, Giant Toads, Puffskeins, Jobberknolls, Graphorns, Nifflers and Mooncalves and Thestrals.

The way i realized, i have the menu reader on and just as i almost sold it, I heard albino with phupperskin or the right name i dont remember. Thats how im here now lol.
