Hogwarts Legacy is an action role-playing game in which players are able to attend classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Set in the 1890's, 100 years before the events of Harry Potter, the player character is a student starting at Hogwarts in the fifth year. You hold the key to a mysterious ancient magic that threatens the Wizarding World. Locations from the Wizarding World franchise will be explorable such as the Forbidden Forest, Diagon Alley, and Hogsmeade. The player character will learn to cast various magical spells, brew potions and master combat abilities.

Happy Friday, thanks for tuning back in! Saw a couple comments on video length.. this will likely be the second-shortest video of the series! I aimed for 45-60 minutes for most episodes, but there were a couple spots where it made more sense to split them earlier for theming. Will upload 2-3 times per day. As I mentioned a couple times before, I'm somewhat taking my time on this one! Doing every side quest on the way to the end; not going to rush the main storyline like I do in a lot of series. Probably not the best RU-vid strategy, but I haven't loved a game like this in a very long time. Hope you continue to enjoy!

For anyone who isn’t aware, you can equip whatever you need for the boosts and choose an appearance that is different so you don’t have to run around looking like a scarecrow!

About the unidentified clothes, they get their stats when identify them. So if you picked up a hat at level 10 and identified it at 40, it's going to be a level 40 item.

I'm a big fan on how they didn't limit us to cosmetic based on "power". Made it to where we can eqiup the best one but Still change the appearance of how we want..prolly one of the most underrated aspects of the game...combat is just 🔥🔥

Please keep doing as you are. You are making everyone happy to complete all side quests before main ones. Do not rush it, please. Some of us cannot have the game right now, or are too busy to play it... so, some people like myself are relying on your great videos to enjoy this, that must be the greatest game ever made. As a Slytherin, I made everything in my Room of Requirement green and gothic, with the dark and mysterious ambience. I love it. For my Ravenclaw character, I plan on blue and scientific with moonlit ambience. For my Hufflepuff character, yellow and botanical with natural and earthy ambience. And lastly for my Gryffindor character, red and eclectic with the warm and cozy ambience. So glad the game allows for creation of four characters, one for each house.

Fun fact about the stealth chests. If you keep hidden as it "dies" it will look straight forward. If you un-cloak before it "dies" it will look straight at you 😢

Just finished episode 7 this is kick ass. I love how you’re making your choices. This game is so cool. I’m excited to see the stat system and how you choose to progress your character. I want to use the room of requirement as well as the stealth and then most of the core skills and then the spells. Dark arts is interesting however I feel like if you decide to put points in that skill you’d miss out on the other skills. If my math is right you can only pick up 35 talents. I’d want to max out potions, stealth, and then the majority of core uses and spells. I just feel learning the dark arts limits the overall knowledge you can gain in game. However the curse effect seems to be useful from what I’ve seen. When will you learn the lock pick spell Hola Hamora something like that

No one seems to remember you can harvest cabbages and tentacula's in the greenhouse to save money by not needing to buy them. You also missed what I am fairly sure was Kogawas flying assignment by not hitting L3 when you got the mail.

yeah n i turned my room in to a plant n potion farm. also ALWAY look UP and BEHIND you there is stuff everywhere n you will find yourself going back and forth a lot if you just sprint through an area you will miss a lot

Hi Trev, I’ve noticed that the in game audio is slightly out of sync to the gameplay. Not a huge deal but slightly takes away from the immersion. Loving the series so far ❤

Next time instead of running away you could just jump on your broom and fly away. It’s much quicker and easier. And keep the vids coming, I love this series.
