That ram speed and core frequency are just not meant for i9 9900K. Overclock it, especially with 4090

Congratulations to the card! Yes, this performance is very poor sadly, but yesterday a patch come out, hopefully will help in for better CPU usage.

9900k are overclockable. But ya kinda need a 13th gen or similar. I'll be in the same boat when I upgrade to the 5090, then will get a I9 14th gen later

Cpu usage only around 5% with rtx 4090????While mine got around 50% with rtx 3090???

Because of the program(msi afterburner), what I used was had a bug. But this is solved, so mine has 70-80% usage now.
