Because I installed the game first on my Seagate Storage Expansion Card via my Xbox Series X, which I plugged into the Xbox Series S later, with the 4K texture pack installed.

I agree 💯 percent. My Xbox series S is hands down one of the BEST consoles I've ever owned. The performance is staggering considering it's just $299. It's completely blown me away, I play on my Xbox series S more than my PS5 and yeah the PS5 is more powerful but honestly the difference isn't as big as I anticipated. I use my PS5 for single player games and I use my Series S for multiplayer games and gamepass games. For instance I have MW2 for PS5 & Xbox series S and the difference between the two games isn't much as far as quality goes. PS5 is dynamic 4K at 60fps and series S is dynamic 1440p at 60fps. I prefer the series S version because I like the Xbox controller better & most of my friends are on Xbox. Point is the series S is amazing & powerful and when good DEVS take advantage of the console it's really impressive ✌️

No it's not. The switch has a mobile processor from 2015. The series S has modern hardware, just not as high end

@@rafaeleduardovalbuen yes the series S is cheaper than the switch as of February 7th 2023 you can purchase a brand new series S for $250 while a brand new switch costs $299. Furthermore the series S does use top of the line components; it has an 8 core 16 thread AMD Zen 2 CPU (released in 2020) a RDNA 2 GPU with 20 compute units (also released in 2020) combined with 10GB of GDDR6 RAM (top of the line RAM) & a 500GB SSD that features custom velocity architecture. If you were going to try to build a similar specced PC it would cost you around $900-$1000. Needless to say the series S is truly a beast of a console & in the hands of good development teams it's proven itself a worthy next gen successor to the Xbox one, I highly recommend the Xbox series S ✌️

Yeah I'm debating on whether to do the same for my SO's birthday. Are you happy so far? Does it spark the joyous Wizarding-World-feel I will never quite understand, but acknowledge exists? Does it make you think: Finally I can interact within a world that existed "only" in movies and books for 25 years? Or does it leave you disappointed thinking: "This could have been so much greater." Do you feel technically limited in your enjoyment of the game, while playing? Asking for a (girl)friend :-D

@@Igolorbr I don't, unfortunately, but I do get resolution information from sources pretty often. I'd love to pixel count in the future, and I've tried to, but it's definitely a complicated process.

Why compare a single gpu to an entire game console? Its such a stupid thing to do.. PC's aren't as common as they used to be, and if you want a pc you will need way more parts than just a gpu.

It is 60 FPS most of the time. Common drops to mid-50s and went as low as 48 FPS in some instances, hopefully they improve it. VRR is truly a must these days.

m only problem with the series S is that some studios dont want to opt for 1080p dynamic 60 fps , but i have confidence with 1st party studios that will deliver , as for the 3rd party that dont want to i will show em with m wallet :)

Dead Space was a very fluctuating 60 fps before launch, so EA decided to lock it to 30. Watch DF’s review, they had to do some brand new tech under the hood for Frostbite on the game, making it quite demanding. At least it looks, plays and runs fantastic, solid 30 fps.

@André Schelgshorn dead space runs on a 1650 at 60fps series s is a lot better than that gpu so don't kid yourself it could easily run dead space at dynamic 900/1080 at 60 with the same settings its rocking now 🤷‍♂️ ....some devs just can't be bothered with series s funny how they take the time to slap a £70 price tag on that platform tho ain't it 🤔

I don't why you people hate the devs cuz they didn't gave series s a perf mode , i played dead space for like 3h and I really enjoying it ( i play on 2k monitor so the 30fps isn't an issue)

I think you guys have turned on motion flow settings on your tv. It will make things look smoother but is not advised for gaming because of input lag and ghosting (the thing you are describing)

Yeah, i have that to. Good im Not the only one, thought my tv oder xbox is broken. My 4k tv do not have these motion options.

@@franchisefanatic4142 idk actually I’m not buying it any time soon but I was curious about it. I have too many games to play right now but there are graphical glitches including a lot of frame drops and severe pop ins I’ll wait for a price drop and a patch or two.

It's definitely not solid, it drops quite a bit at times for sure. It's all based on where you're FPS testing in the game, too. It could also be due to them possibly unlocking the FPS to go over 60fps, which I can't.

@@1DJSummit Sometimes with a higher quality motion blur and 30 frames per second, it can feel like 60 frames. I've been playing GOW on PS4 Pro and it still looks smooth at 30 frames.

Balanced is 1080p/40 FPS, only available if you have a 120hz display.

Well, Hogwarts Legacy is able to run at 60fps on both the Xbox Series X and the Xbox Series S.

@@FuzionXboxTesting I know, I know, but the quality mode, the real in the 9th generation, is at 30 fps. The performance mode seems a 8th gen game. It's good, don't get me wrong, but with some optimization it could have run at 60 fps

I first state what one of the modes look like, and then the other. I wasn't so far off, either, as at least the performance mode is seemingly running in dynamic 1080p.

No, I think that's a mode for those with 120hz screens (which I do not have).

Exactly lmao I don't understand what the craze about 60fps in these types of games is. I get the demand in first person games and especially competitive games, but in a 3rd person story based RPG, playing at 60FPS always seems kinda weird.

But still 60 fps is kinda necessary during combat ..I personally will like the fidelity mode but yeah performance mode is also good

Just watch the FPS test and you'll notice that the game can drop quite a bit on both the Xbox Series X and the Xbox Series S.

The Xbox version is the best one, and the Xbox Series X is the most powerful console by far, so why wouldn't people do that?
