Oscar, your content is really good. I would like to do something similar, but not to shoot a video, but to diversify my game. Could you tell us about the way to create mega campaigns, mods for them, and possibly interact with files.
Toolpack is very important for border changes for another mod start, also you can change resources or populations from it, If you want to change names of countries, you must change mod files (Localisation/english/countries_i_english)
How do you renmae the countries? im using the toolpack but i dont see any option to do that, same with how you in the russia video made 4 seperate russians, how do you create countries or release ones?
