stege if you do roman empire please only the things you need i hate when people annex the country. for example if people play hungary and want to restore austria hungary sometimes they annex yugoslavia and romania and i get so triggered. but i know with player lead peace conferences you share everything which is nice

I would reccomend using the Toolpack mod as alternative to the state transfer tool, as it has state transfer tool (but with more features in) and it also has a puppet manager tool so you can give, say germany a puppet on the soviet union or belarus, and it also has many other features.
